THINGS YOU MUST KNOW:

If you are coming for the sole purpose of meeting celebrities,
save your money. There will be no autographs from the drivers.

• No cameras, video or audio recording devices permitted.

• If you are coming with the idea of leaving with a
Development Contract -- you are coming with false expectations.
The panelists are there to share valuable information; not sign up drivers.

• Unless instructed to do so from a panelist, please do not call
them at their respective offices or race shops when you get home.

• There will be a designated area for you to leave your resume for
a specific panelist. Please do not hand your resumes out directly.

• Listen to the questions that others are asking. They may be some of the
same ones that you've needed answers for.

• Prepare yourself in advance and make a list of questions you would like
answered. This may be your only opportunity to speak with people of this caliber.
You may want to bring a small pad and pen for taking notes.

• The break-out sessions are designed to be informal. DO NOT feel obligated
to stay with one panelist for an entire session. If you feel you've received satisfactory
information, then move on and meet other people.

• Most of the panelists will be leaving promptly at 10:00 PM, due to the
NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway that weekend.

• THE CLINIC IS ONLY AS EFFECTIVE AS YOU MAKE IT. We are providing the most
qualified people and the best information. You are responsible for making the best
use of your time. The clinic portion is four hours long -- 3 hours and 5 minutes
are available for you to speak one-on-one with the panelists. Do not be afraid to ask
any question because you think it's "stupid". There are no stupid questions.
Remember that your questions might be helping others as well.

Everyone is talking about "Driver Development" -- the methodology utilized by NASCAR teams to sign the next superstar. It's an exact science that helps mesh up-and-coming drivers with race teams. There are thousands of hopefuls, but only those who shine, follow practical principles AND are willing to market themselves properly, will ever get a chance.

The event is organized by Mike Calinoff, who has a very keen sense of what it takes to make it to the top. He is accustomed to winning and has been to Victory Lane over 80 times in four NASCAR Series and ARCA. Mike has been working in NASCAR for the last 25 years in many roles. For the past six seasons, he has worked with 2003 NASCAR Champion, Matt Kenseth, as his Spotter. Beginning in 2006 he moves to Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates as the Spotter and Business Manager for 2006 Rookie of the Year candidate, David Stremme. Mike continues to be a popular figure with the motorsports media. He can be heard often with Claire B. Lang on XM Radio's "Dialed In" and on the nationally syndicated "John Boy & Billy Big Show". This past year, Mike was featured on NBC's "Today Show".

Over the past several years, Mike has taken an interest in the Driver Development process -- counseling many drivers, including 2006 NASCAR Busch North Series Rookie of the Year, Sean Caisse.

Take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to participate in this ground-breaking clinic. Meet some of the top NASCAR Driver Development Specialists, Scouts, Managers, Drivers and parents who will provide the straight-forward facts of what it takes.

The format is comprised of some general discussion and individual break-out sessions with the Specialists and Drivers.

This clinic will have limited seating in an effort to give you a chance for one-on-one discussions with the Specialists, parents and Drivers. The clinic is open ONLY to those who have some level of racing experience and proof will be required. The cost of the clinic is $495 per driver and $200 for each parent or guardian. NO MORE THAN TWO (2) ADULTS per child shall be permitted. Parents only (without driver) are charged as follows: First parent: $495; Second parent: $200.

Refunds will not be given if you cancel within 30 days of the clinic. All refunds will be mailed out by check on October 24, 2007.
